Press the cup down onto the skin to create suction. Don’t go too hard, be gentle with your skin. Light bruises may occur on the first use, if so adjust the massage to a lighter pressure.
Do not use on sunburn, injury, variscose veins or deep vein thrombosis.
Start massage by doing circular movements, focusing on areas you want to reduce the cellulite aspect. Massage using medium pressure for 5 minutes per zone.
Then make zig zag movements on your thighs, front and back. Add more Hydrating Shower Gel if needed.
