STEP 1 — If you choose the firming body oil
On a clean and dry skin, apply the firming body oil on the stubborn areas.

On a clean and damp skin, apply the organic shower gel on the stubborn areas.

STEP 2 — Massage
Press the cup down onto the skin and start doing upwards circular strokes. Zig-Zag motions can be also done on the thighs. Massage using medium pressure for 5 minutes per zone on a daily basis for the first 3-4 weeks, then maintain 2-3 times a week. Rinse and dry.

Not so great material

Have been using this product for 2 weeks now, dont see any results just yet all it did is left bruises on my thighs. It would have been miles better if a cup was made from a glass. This silicon cup's borders are not smooth and scratch the skin. Also do not recommend for people with sensitive skin prone to bruising easily. BIOTYSPA should also clarify that this product is not to be used by people with VARICOSE VEINS.

Hi Lala, I have sent you an email and suggested a call in regards the use of your Duo. I would recommend to use a lighter suction intensity to avoid bruises (light bruises may occur on sensitive skin or if the pressure isn’t well managed). Also you said the cup scratches your skin which shouldn’t happen if enough oil/shower gel is applied. I would recommend to apply more oil to allow an easier flow of the cup while massaging. By massaging regularly you should notice results. Although results may vary from one person to another. You are right to not use it on your varicose veins. It’s only been 2 weeks and I’ve seen a big difference in the texture of the skin and the cellulite seems smoother and not as dimply. I’m happy with the results and am thinking it will improve further with regular usage.

Amazing results

My skin has so much improved since I've been doing this massage. At first I thought I could do it with my regular body wash but it wasn't slippery enough. The cup is very easy to use and does a great job on my legs & tummy especially.
