STEP 1

STEP 2
Scrub your skin.
On a clean and damp skin, start massage by doing circular movements. Focus on areas such as belly, thighs and butt to reduce scars, stretch marks and cellulite.
Massage your body gently for 5-10minutes, don’t be rough on your skin ;)

STEP 3
Prepare to massage.
On a clean and damp skin, apply the organic shower gel on the stubborn areas.

STEP 4
Use the cellulite cup.
Press the cup down onto the skin to create suction. Don’t go too hard, be gentle with your skin. Light bruises may occur on the first use, if so adjust the massage to a lighter pressure.
Do not use on sunburn, injury, variscose veins or deep vein thrombosis.

STEP 5
Start massaging.
Start massage by doing circular movements, focusing on areas you want to reduce the cellulite aspect. Massage using medium pressure for 5 minutes per zone on a daily basis for the first 3-4 weeks, then maintain 2-3 times a week.
STEP 6
Then make zig zag movements on target areas, always on an oily skin.

Nourish your skin.
Nourish your skin with the firming body oil, made from a blend of precious oils to deliver firmer skin while restoring softness and elasticity to the skin. A light-weight dry finish oil that leaves the skin breathing and silky.
