We offer Free standard shipping on all orders from $90 AUD for customers located in Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For Australia and New-Zealand, please visit our AU/NZ store biotyspa.com.

All our international orders are shipped with DHL Express International. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination country and size of order. Please note that the transit time can vary depending on the destination country and size of order. Any international customs and duty charges are your responsibility.

Please remember that all international parcels are shipped from the United States and are handled by local carriers and can pass through different customs and borders, which are inevitable steps and may require some time. Please note that delivery times are dependent on the local carriers, especially for foreign countries. Delivery times are given as an indication only and depend on external factors correlated to transport conditions. Biotyspa cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

Once the package passes the border of your delivery country, we advise that you check your local post website using your tracking number. Please note that if you refuse to pay the tax once the parcel is ready for delivery and the parcel is returned or destroyed as a result, you may be charged and will not be refunded.

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 4 business days. During peak sales periods, fulfillement times may be extended and as a consequence your order may take longer to be dispatched. For standard shipments, please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to reach you. We offer optional express shipping which may be selected at checkout.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order number at orders@biotyspa.com. Once the shipping process has begun, we are unfortunately unable to cancel, change or refund the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We will not be liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control and are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues and do not offer refunds on shipping costs for shipments that do not meet the delivery timeframes given by third party couriers. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us and our team will do its best to assist you. Please note that investigations with the courier may take up to 5 business days to complete. For lost or damaged shipments, please ensure that you contact us within 60 days of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a reship or refund for customers who contact us outside of this timeframe.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@biotyspa.com within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
