women only

Biotyspa treatments are dedicated to women only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of our Women Only policy prior to making a booking with us, both online and over the phone.


make a booking

You can either book your appointment through our website by using our online reservation system or by calling the Spa directly on (02) 8068 1505. A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking, online or over the phone. 

Your full name, phone number and email address is required to proceed with your booking.

You are responsible for providing your correct contact details, so that our team can call you in case your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. 


appointment policy

It is your responsibility to arrive on time. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, so that you can enjoy a stress-free check-in. 

During your first appointment with us, you will be asked to fill out a form so that we can better assess your needs.

If you are late to your appointment, your therapist has the right to adjust or shorten the time of your treatment, to ensure that the following bookings are not affected. 

If you are over 15 minutes late, your treatment will be cancelled and won’t be refunded.


online booking

You can book your treatment online via our online booking system. You will be required to enter your contact details and credit card details for the deposit (50% of the total amount of your booking). 

Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email, meaning your booking has been completed. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk box or alternatively, please contact the Spa on (02) 8068 1505 to verify that your booking has been successfully completed.

The same policies apply to booking made using gift cards.


booking cancellation/change

Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking time. If cancellations or changes occur after this time, your deposit will be kept and won’t be refunded.

No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of their treatment price.

gift cards

Our gift cards are issued in PDF format and can be sent to the purchaser, directly to the recipient, forwarded or printed out to give to the recipient. 

If you wish to offer a paper gift card, please call us on (02) 8068 1505, or email us at to organise postage payment. Please note we only ship gift cards Australia wide.

After purchase, our gift card are automatically issued as a PDF document to the email address of your chosen recipient.

Your gift card or e-voucher comes with a three year expiry date from the date of purchase. After that time, your voucher is no longer valid and cannot be redeemed.


gift card redemption & booking

Your gift card can be used to redeem any treatment of the same value, or put towards a treatment of a higher value.  

Your gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card) once it has been purchased.

You will be required to show your valid gift card (paper or PDF), printed or on your phone, on the day of your appointment. Biotyspa does not bear any responsibility for lost gift cards and is not able to offer redemptions for lost vouchers.
