cellulite cup

STEP 1
Prep your skin.
Always use the cellulite cup with the Biotyspa firming body oil or the Biotyspa organic shower gel. Its texture allows an easy flow of the cup on the skin.

STEP 2
Use the cellulite cup.
Press the cup down onto the skin to create suction. Don’t go too hard, be gentle with your skin. Light bruises may occur on the first use, if so adjust the massage to a lighter pressure.
Do not use on sunburn, injury, variscose veins or deep vein thrombosis.

STEP 3
Start massaging.
Start massage by doing circular movements, focusing on areas you want to reduce the cellulite aspect. Massage using medium pressure for 5 minutes per zone on a daily basis for the first 3-4 weeks, then maintain 2-3 times a week.

STEP 4
Then make zig zag movements on target areas, always on an oily skin.
