DETOX TEA
Add 1 tea bag into a cup (250ml) with hot water (95-100°C) and brew for 2-6 minutes. Strain and drink. Best to consume in the morning/afternoon.

CALM TEA
Add 1 tea bag into a cup (250ml) with hot water (95-100°C) and brew for 2-6 minutes. Strain and drink. Can be consume all day, from morning till night.

    Delicious

    I stopped using this for a while after the spa closed in Bondi. Just ordered some again and I remembered how much I love starting my morning with this tea. Refreshing with such a delicious taste and so good for you.

    It works

    I have been drinking this tea twice daily for two weeks and have noticed a noticeable reduction in water retention. My weddings rings are no longer tight, but more importantly, I had surgery and radiation last year and my oncology physiotherapist does a reading every month on my breast tissue and told me yesterday that there is a dramatic improvement in the level of water being stored in my breast tissue. Sorry if that’s tmi, but please don’t discontinue this tea. It’s the first time I’ve not felt bloated since I got unwell.

    It’s delicious

    I don’t usually like sweet tea (hibiscus etc.) however the flavour in this tea is really balance and enjoyable. Too soon to tell about the slimming properties, however I’ll happily replace my morning coffee with this
